SDA Smart Homes was established in 2019 as an extension of Property Direct, a renowned Brisbane-based property agency with more than 25 years’ experience in bringing quality projects to market.
We have become a trusted provider of Specialist Disability Accommodation, successfully delivering more than 120 NDIS SDA Certified, High Physical Support homes across southeast Queensland.
In May 2020, we were officially welcomed by the NDIS as a Registered Specialist Disability Accommodation Provider (ID #4050071176).
Our homes are designed for those with High Physical Support needs seeking independent, secure and easy living. We have teamed up with experts in the disability housing and assistive technology industries to ensure a complete product offering for our SDA Smart Homes clients.
Our complete end-to-end service includes property management and tenant sourcing through our in-house team, The Disability Housing Centre.
As a specialist sector, the DHC team are experts at what they do with extensive industry experience. The team work with a multitude of quality SIL Providers who provide the care in our homes and arrange leases with individual tenants. We currently have more than 200 happy tenants living in the homes we manage.
