Platinum 221 - one of our most popular designs.

The Platinum 221 design is a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home with a 2-car garage, tailored for high physical support needs. This residence includes an additional bedroom and bathroom for On-site Overnight Assistance (OOA).

This design optimises independence and comfort for residents with an ensuite to each bedroom, a spacious living area and an adjoining alfresco area for outdoor living.

A separate room for Support Workers is located at the front of the home with a separate bathroom for their use as well as for guests.

Platinum 19​2 - 2 bed, 2 bath, 2 car High Physical Support + 1 bed 1 bath OOA

The Platinum 192 floorplan is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home with a 2-car garage, designed to accommodate high physical support needs. This residence also includes a private 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom On-site Overnight Assistance (OOA) Support Worker studio.

This functional design features open plan living with kitchen, living, and dining flowing through to the alfresco outdoor area.

Kitchens

Building a certified SDA home is an exact process with a range of specific requirements required to ensure they are fully accessible. Kitchens in particular need to have large circulation space for wheelchairs as well as adjustable height benchtops.

All our SDA Smart Homes include fully integrated benchtops, mechanically operable via a wall switch.

We also include pull out pantries for easy access. 

Living Room

Wide hallways and doorways ensures the free movement of wheelchairs and windows are placed with a low sill height for views to the outdoors.  

Rocker style electrical switches are included throughout the home for ease of use.
