Our memory care homes are standalone residential homes located within established communities. They offer a warm, familiar and homely layout to minimise confusion for residents.

Home to just 4 or 5 residents, carers will be able to offer personalised, tailored care while residents will benefit from the thoughtfully designed floorplans and dementia friendly inclusions.

Designed specifically for people living with dementia, our floorplans and inclusions follow the National Aged Care Design Principles and Guidelines and include dementia enabling environment principles as developed by Alzheimer’s WA.

Some of our dementia friendly and accessible design features include:

    • Hobless showers with handrails
    • Rocker style light switches
    • Lever handle tapware
    • Visual signage cues
    • Use of colour for identification and orientation
    • Sensor lighting
