We understand there is no 'one-size fits all' solution to accessible housing. While the plans we have developed accommodate for those with very complex support needs (high physical support), and are available in 2 and 3 bedroom + OOA options, we are open to flexible tenancy arrangements and welcome input on design elements from NDIS participants.

SDA Smart Homes include our exclusive suite of assistive technology that has been specifically designed with ex-defense and airline engineers to ensure daily tasks are as easy as possible via both touch and voice activation.
Version 2.0: The Ariel Care Pilot Program, which launches on July 1, uses cutting edge AI systems that respond intuitively to sounds, eye movements, gestures, body movements and weight. The program will commence with an initial intake of 10 high care participants in South-East Queensland and will run for approximately 12 months ahead of a planned national rollout.
