They will also liaise with families and match residents based on their gender, personal preferences, cultural background and care level. #### *How we calculate income and yield* \*Yield is gross and is based on a Specialist Dementia Accommodation 5 bed house and land package of $2.885m with 5 rooms being occupied and a gross annual income of $341,600 per annum. For a 4 bed house, gross yield has been calculated for a house and land package of $2.585 with 4 rooms being occupied with an annual gross income of $273,280 per annum. A 94% occupancy rate or 48.8 week annual period has been used for income to allow for vacancy rates as per the current quoted occupancy rate of Residential Aged Care Facilities in Australia (Courier-Mail, 22 April 2026). Income is calculated from the accommodation component only with care separate. Income is not guaranteed and will vary based on location, vacancy rates and other factors. Further information on potential income can be provided in an investor presentation with one our SDA Specialists. The package price is a sample only and will vary with location, land and build costs.
